Our Story
Pink Rose Café opened its doors in 2019 with a singular conviction: that a café should be a place where craft matters as much as comfort. What began as a small coffee bar on 6th Avenue has grown into Decatur's most anticipated dining destination — without ever losing sight of what made it special in the first place.
Our coffee is sourced from small-batch roasters who share our obsession with origin and technique. Our kitchen draws from the rhythms of the Alabama seasons, letting ingredients guide the menu rather than the other way around. And our bar — yes, we serve cocktails too — treats every pour as an opportunity to impress someone who actually knows the difference.
